After President Obama came out with a full endorsement of net neutrality Monday, Sen. Ted Cruz (R-TX) took his shot on Twitter at the president’s stance on the issue and used the opportunity to take another one against the Affordable Care Act, which Republicans are still attempting to dismantle.
