This is not a photo. It is a work of art possibly based on a photograph. The bottom building and scene below is artwork. The complete badge's artwork date and author are unknown, but is similar to other Chinese made 1990's tourist trade modern productions that may be copyright. - Keep, the file description States "Image of Mao based on a photograph that was first published in 1935, and is thus out of copyright according to the 50 year rule for photpgraphs under Chinese copyright law (hence PD-China template).", some Mao badges are in the public domain, just because their design was re-used for tourists during the 1990's doesn't make the originals copyright © violations. I have a modern reproduction of an old Mao badge that is as good as identical, if now new creative effort has been made then no new copyright has been created. --Donald Trung 『徵國單』 (No Fake News 💬) (WikiProject Numismatics 💴) (Articles 📚) 20:45, 24 February 2021 (UTC)
